Realise consists of a core team – supported by a network of coaches and facilitators.

Alice Willis – Director

Before setting up Realise, Alice worked for over 10 years as a corporate strategist in a number of leading organisations. It was through this experience that the idea for Realise was formed. Alice saw too often that businesses suffer due to inefficient working practices and jaded teams. Set up to change that, Realise tackles big and broad issues relating to workplace performance.

Carolyn Quainton – Director

Carolyn is a leading member of the Realise team. She oversees the design of all our sessions – working with the topic specialists where need be. As an ex-educator, she has the right skills to do this, meaning our sessions are always engaging, relevant and understood.

Dr Tracy Johnson – Director and Lead Coach

Tracy oversees the delivery of all of Realise’s sessions – ensuring our training style is consistent, effective and enjoyable. She has a specialist interest in helping individuals and groups build their confidence, having worked with everyone from university students to business leaders in this area.

Bernadette Keogh – Lead Facilitator (Netherlands/Europe)

Bernadette is an experienced facilitator specialising in wellbeing and workplace effectiveness. She helps people cultivate mindful awareness and positive mindsets to live and work better. Prior to becoming a facilitator, Bernadette worked for 15 years in high profile partnership development roles. She now brings that work experience to her sessions, allowing her to connect with the challenges her participants are facing.

Michelle Pitt – Lead Facilitator (Australia/APAC)

Michelle took the leap to become a full-time facilitator in 2015. Prior to re-training, she had an extensive career leading commercial strategic teams for 14 years at Fairfax, Mediacom and UM. Her special interests now lie in the areas of communication, collaboration and productivity. In addition to leading training sessions, Michelle has been invited to be a keynote speaker at conferences including Mumbrella360 (2019) and SAGE (2018).

Beyond our core team, we have a network of certified coaches and facilitators who lead the delivery of our sessions. We work across the UK, Europe and APAC.
