We began working with PANGAIA on recommendation from our clients at Sweaty Betty and have delivered training in person at their London office and online. Our work has included:
- An extensive roll out of training on ‘Diversity and Inclusion’, as well as shorter sessions on BIAS, to support PANGAIA’s ethical company ethos
- Supporting their development mindset with ‘Strategy and Innovation’ training
- We’ve also done in-depth wellbeing and resilience training with teams
